Overview of responsibilities:

Answers incoming calls and service questions. | |
|
Enters customer and account data by inputting alpha-numeric information in on-line order-entry system. | |
|
Initiates service by recording information; providing options and recommendations to customers. | |
|
Makes out-bound calls as required to communicate with customers, agents and airline personnel. | |
|
Dispatches agents to facilitate services; monitors vendor performance to completion of service orders. | |
|
Maintains operations by adhering to company policies and procedures. | |
|
Participates in shift meetings to achieve the overall mission of the organization. | |
|
Performs other associated tasks as required by supervisor or manager. |
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be responsible for handling multiple, time-sensitive tasks while producing
high-quality, detailed work. Job requires excellent phone etiquette, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Intermediate to advanced keyboard and computer skills with experience in on-line systems required.
Previous air freight, airline or transportation dispatch experience preferred.

FT / PT Ramp Agent
JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Pay Rate: $ 9.25 per hr
MOST IMPORTANT JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Load and unload cargo/baggage/mail
2. Operation of Ground Service Equipment
3. Help With Cleaning Aircraft When Needed
4. Working in bag room
5. Lavatory / water service on aircraft.
A. Must be physically fit
B. Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 pounds individually.
C. Crawl and twist in confined spaces.
D. Read, hear and understand instructions.
E. Good hand to eye coordination.
F. Must be able to function in extreme weather.
G. Pass a drug screen.
H. Must be able to pass a 10 year background check
I. Have a valid Colorado driver’s license.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A. High School Diploma or G.E.D. is a plus, but not absolutely mandatory.
B. Must be able to read and write in English.
C. Must be 18 years or older.
Driving ramp equipment I.e. tugs, belt loader, lav trucks | |
